Thanks Butch,
Per Mike's advice I am trying to get an overhaul kit from Limbach and then I will get a good carb guy to do the work.
Any carb I ever took apart was no better when I was done with it.

When I have engine problems I use a local VW guru. He's a car guy,but excellent. There should be someone that knows the engine local. It truly is very close to a bug engine. I just flew in a sonix with some type of throttle body carb on an aero v, not nearly as nice as the Bing.

Dave,
What probably need is a new float needle valve, and while I do have a few carb parts left, I don't have any of those. You'll have to contact Limbach for parts. The carbs themselves aren't too tough to go thru, but if you still have problems, give me a shout.
