what spark plugs are you using on the Grob 2500 E1 ?
Mine is a 1984 G109 B I currently have the Bosch WC7D, but have been difficult to find. Next spark plug change I think will not be able to find them.
Any substitutes?
thanks

Leobardo,
I don't know about substitutes, but Airborne Composites has a large quantity of the correct plug available for sale . Check them out.

then push the sales tab on the left side.
Now that you have had it for a while, how do you like your new bird?

Are the WC7D sparks plugs used on the Grob 2500 E1 engine shielded aircraft type or
unshielded automotive type?
Still looking for spark plugs options for my L2000 engine (G109)
Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,
The sparks plugs to be used on the engines Grob 2500 E1 or D1 as
request by Grob are either the
-Bosch WC7D (VW N° 100 039.01) or
-Beru X14L (VW N° 100 040.01) or
-Champion REN 30S
In this writting I noticed that Grob engine manual from where I copied
these references, gives also relevant VW (Volkswagen) part numbers.
May be these spark plugs are also used in automotive competition and
available at VW parts suppliers? Somebody knows?
Amicalement
