    Abstract:   Presently we are seriously considering buying a Taifun as above and would very much like to hear about the pro`s and con`s of this aircraft especially in comparison to the Grob109B.

    Dear group members,
    I am a new member based at Exeter UK and together with a colleague am about to move away from flying a PA28R-200 Arrow to
    flying motor gliders. Presently we are seriously considering buying a Taifun as above and would very much like to hear about the pro`s and con`s of this aircraft especially in comparison to the Grob109B. Which is a major contender Any comments would be most welcome.

    I HAD A TAIFUN N10YY FOR 20 YEARS. I FLEW IN ALL THE MOTORGLIDERS AND OWNED A GROB 109. THE TAIFUN IS FAR AND AWAY THE BEST ONE MADE.IF YOU CAN GET A 90 HP MOTOR YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH IT.I UNDER STAND KOROFF HAS CONVERTED SOME TO THE 100 AND 110 HP
